Owning Investment Properties

Owning investment properties can be a key way to build your personal wealth. In fact, my wife and I own investment real estate ourselves. This means I understand its value and what is required from a mortgage perspective, from personal experience. Having the right lending partner, and exploring your short- and long term goals, helps you build a sound strategy. Whether you're exploring your immediate options, or just planning ahead, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have and to help you put a plan in place to get you on your way.

Being A Private Lender

Investing in real estate doesn’t have to mean owning property. As a private lender, you can earn some fantastic returns on short-term bridge financing or on long term investments. Both offer flexibility when choosing the amount and property type. Returns can vary, based on current private rates, but can often be two- or three-times the advertised lending rate. If you'd like to learn more, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have.
